San Bernardino County Fire - Extrication - 3-10-10

San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to a traffic collision requiring one patient to be extricated. The incident occurred in Hesperia on Main St. east of  I ave. at approximately 6:40pm. One patient was flown to a trauma center via Mercy Air. The remaining patients were transported by ground ambulances to local hospitals. More photos in the gallery section of FireWXPhoto.
