The San Bernardino City Fire Department responded to an early morning two vehicle traffic accident at the intersection of Kendall Dr. and University Parkway. Upon arrival one vehicle had one occupant trapped. It took about 30 minutes to extricate the victim. More photos can be seen here in the gallery section of FireWXPhoto.com.
